Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy 

Costing: Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. All transactions are processed in AUD. Any questions, please contact us here.

Location: Currently sydneysdirect.com.au only deliveries to Victoria, Australia. Any questions regarding delivery to other states, please contact us here. At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website.

Policy: It usually takes around 7-27* days for processing through administration, warehouse, dispatch. If urgent delivery is needed, contact us in advance to check best possible turnaround/ETA. Also, orders needed by a certain date should be noted accordingly in the "Instructions" field. Our ability to satisfy delivery requests can be affected by factors beyond our control. We make every effort to achieve urgent delivery when requested but can make no guarantee.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 3 business days.

 


 Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy: Please send all order cancellation requests to info@sydneysdirect.com.au. An order may be cancelled before it has been booked with a courier to leave our premises, without attracting a cancellation fee. However, a cancellation fee of $150 or 20% of the total purchase order, whichever is higher, applies if the stock had to be ordered from our supplier or the ordered item had been modified or upgraded at the customer’s request.

Refund Policy: Purchased items can only be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the customer must produce a valid proof of purchase and must return the item in its original condition including the original packaging and all accessories. However, all returns and exchanges are at our discretion (subject to the requirements of the Trade Practices Act 1974) and must be approved prior to the return or exchange of the goods. Please call us on 1300 118 228 or email us at info@sydneysdirect.com.auto obtain such approval before returning any goods. We do not accept non-faulty returns based upon a change of mind or wrong decision. Where goods are faulty or incorrectly described, and a refund or exchange is approved by us, a customer may choose between a refund, exchange or credit note. Please note that products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective. However, if mattresses or furniture are soiled and damaged and the product is not defective, the return or exchange will not be accepted. Please also note that in some instances the customer may be required to contact the relevant manufacturer of the product. Sydneysdirect.com.au reserves the right to process all refunds directly into your bank account by the next business day regardless of the original payment method.

Warranties: All products sold by Sydneysdirect.com.au are covered by manufacturers’ warranties.

Payment: Unless you have an approved account facility with Sydneysdirect.com.au, payment is strictly due on collection of the goods. You can make payment by Paypal, Visa and MasterCard. All online purchases must be paid for in full before goods will be shipped. All prices listed prices are in Australian Dollars

Recourse: If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from us and you did not receive a satisfactory resolution from our customer service team, please contact us at info@sydneysdirect.com.au
